What are your Limited Lifetime Warranty Guidelines?

This warranty is strictly applying to the sole part produced under the Grassroots Performance line of cooling parts. Ultimately covering Oil Cooling components and Radiator components only which are sold under the “Grassroots Performance” line. The warranty is only validated for the “Original” purchaser of the Grassroots Performance product. The warranty is non-transferable. The warranty is implemented to directly replace the failed or malfunctioning component or kit produced by Grassroots Performance. Should the model or component be discontinued/not available, a gift card redeemable online at www.grassrootsparts.com will be issued with the original purchased dollar amount. To make a claim on a warranted part, a claim submission must be filled out by the owner. This can be obtained by contacting info@grassrootsparts.com.

To validate your cooling product and be eligible for a full warranty, the consumer must fill out this form. The product is then validated and will take on the limited lifetime warranty. The warranty form and product installation must be completed within 90 days of receiving the product.

Grassroots Performance products are strongly recommended to be installed by a certified professional in the automotive industry. Grassroots Performance do-it-yourself guidelines for installation on products are strictly implemented to simply guide the consumer with proper installation techniques. Each guideline and every step should be overlooked and approved by a professional pertaining to your specific make and model. These guidelines are given for the convenience and understanding of the consumer on how our techniques apply to a vast amount of parts and models. The incorrect use of products such as incorrect radiator cap opening, improper hose orientation, burst lines, improper fans, etc. Are not covered by the limited warranty. Claims made must include information such as vehicle use, fans used, coolant type used, etc. Along with photos and description of failure/issue. Any type of modification/ alteration or additional fabrication on the Grassroots Performance product will void any type of warranty. This warranty has no coverage for any damaged or broken components claimed to be caused by a failure or improper performance of a Grassroots Performance product. We take no liability or responsibility for any damages, injuries, or failures of any persons or products. The Grassroots Performance warranty only covers claims or damages up to the dollar amount of the original purchase price. There is no further claim eligibility for any other damage.

Do I Have To Enroll Or Register In Individual Promotions?

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How Long Will It Take For Points To Post To My Account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Do My Points Expire?

Nope! Your points will never expire.

What Happens To My Points If I Make A Return?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

I'm Very Close To Earning A Reward. Can I Buy Extra Points To Get There?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be proven damaged by shipping methods, the wrong item delivered, or a manufacturer defect. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

What is your refund policy (if applicable)?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What do I do if I have a late or missing refund (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@grassrootsparts.com.

How do exchanges work (if applicable)?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at grassrootsparts@gmail.com and send your item to: 28 Milford Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, CA M6M2V8. 

What is your return shipping address? 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 28 Milford Avenue, Toronto, Ontario CA, M6M2V8. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What If I Don't Want To Receive Promotional Emails?

From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
